I have been wondering what was behind the Virginia Dominion Power ad-campaign in all the local newspapers. They are the only power provider that we have anyways. It was not until my wife told me that our power bill will be increasing by 18% and it might even be retroactive that I connected the dots. Maybe I am wrong, but I think we have to assume there is a connection here….
Maybe the Gas companies should follow suit…
