On Monday a 20 minute severe storm took trees down all across Alexandria Virginia. Power was out in several areas including the Belle View shopping center, Belle Haven Club and several neighborhoods all across town. Power was restored in most areas by Tuesday morning. Some unfortunate car accidents took place took place including a hit and run on Olde Towne Ct. I was there. A car crashed into a neighbor’s car and kept on going.
