The Old Town restaurant of Morou Ouattara, who dazzled diners at Red Sage and Signatures, has been awarded three out of four stars by the Washingtonian Magazine, which calls Farrah Olivia "The Best of The Best." Writes Food Critic Todd Climan, "All his exploding tapioca beads, Merlot powders, and berbere-spiked sauces make for an often thrilling ride."
