Last summer, Kirby Newman, manager of Alexandria Fastsigns, was contacted by producers at ABC TV to participate in a makeover, which would be featured on Extreme Makeover: Home Edition this fall.

After agreeing to participate, Newman said she had only 10 hours to proof and fabricate one 36” x 36” star shaped floor graphic. The team got the details on what was needed, created the artwork proof, and then had to obtain approval from producers at the network.

Next, the FASTSIGNS team raced to produce the actual floor graphic - the featured centerpiece on the stage in the girls’ Talent Show-themed room - before the show was taped for broadcast.
