On November 4, Washington’s premier wax attraction will reduce its ticket prices to $10 for adults and seniors, $8 for kids ages 12 and under; children under the age of four are free. The offer ends New Year’s Eve on December 31. “Madame Tussauds recently celebrated its first birthday in Washington D.C. and is thrilled to be a part of the nation’s capital at such a historic moment in our country’s history,” said Janine DiGioacchino, General Manager of Madame Tussauds New York and Washington D.C. “Regardless of who wins the upcoming Presidential election, by lowering ticket prices, we are bringing a true change to Main Street and declaring everyone a winner!”

Madame Tussauds Washington D.C. features a wide array of wax figures and interactive experiences from the world of American history, sports, politics, music, fashion and Hollywood. The attraction offers the entire family a chance to get up close and personal with more than a dozen Presidents, including George Washington and John F. Kennedy, as well as take photos with, hug and even kiss wax likenesses of Tyra Banks, Senator Hillary Clinton, Denzel Washington, Will Smith, Jennifer Lopez, Tiger Woods and many more. One of the most popular new additions to the attraction is the interactive Jonas Brothers experience, where visitors can pick up a Gibson guitar or sit behind a set of drums and jam with Nick, Joe and Kevin (or their wax figures, at least.) Guests can also take a behind the scenes, hands-on look at the 200-year-old process of creating a wax figure at Madame Tussauds or put their feet up on the most powerful desk in the country in the attraction's replica of the White House Oval Office.
Madame Tussauds Washington D.C. is located within walking distance of the National Mall and the White House. The entrance is on the corner of 10th and F Streets. For more information, go to www.madametussaudsdc.com or call 202-942-7300.
