Chef José Andrés with his company ThinkFoodGroup and CEO of Ridgewells Catering Susan Lacz are partnering to launch José Andrés Catering with Ridgewells.
The new catering venture will showcase the critically acclaimed cuisine found in Andrés’ popular ThinkFoodGroup restaurants, Jaleo, Café Atlantico, minibar by josé andrés, Zaytinya and Oyamel delivered with the exceptional planning, execution and service from prestigious Ridgewells Catering.
Four specially designed menus will be available including Mediterranean, Mexican, Classic Spanish and José’s Way. A distinctive presentation inspired by Jose’s modern look will complete the new experience.
