WASHINGTON, DC. - Springtime doesn’t just mean beer garden season this year. The cool new thing: rosé gardens. Here are three outdoor spaces making pink wine the main attraction.

The Ritz-Carlton

Relax at the upscale hotel’s rosé garden every Friday from 4:30 to 7 pm throughout the summer. Rosé flights feature three different blends while cocktails include the “Brigitte Bardot” with Lillet rosé and grapefruit and a “Riff on Pimms No. 1” with sparkling wine, orange sherbet, and cucumber water. This garden also offers summer treats like oysters, glazed pork belly with port wine and crispy yuca, and grilled watermelon with prosciutto and feta.

Vinoteca’s “Rosé All May” menu includes housemade rosé vermouth and cider, and won’t just end after May—they will continue the rosé garden throughout the summer. There are over 16 types of rosé on draft, flights, sangria, and even a float with maraschino cherry ice cream and Lambrusco. Enjoy your drink while playing bocce in the bar’s back courtyard.
