ALEXANDRIA, VA. - Pilates for athletes, runners and physical fitness lovers!

This workshop is geared towards those who do not take Pilates regularly and love to be physically active. The goal of this workshop is to provide embodied information to take with you to warm up more efficiently, work more intentionally from your center and find movement qualities that aide in protecting the joints. Using principals from the Pilates method as well as other modalities you will investigate your own imbalances, activate underutilized muscles, and improve function for a less injury prone and more effective workout.
