ALEXANDRIA, VA. - The following information was supplied by the Alexandria Police Department to www.crimereports.com. Additional details about the most recent crimes were not available at publication time.

July 25 - An arrest was made for theft and assault in the 1700 block of Duke St. at 10:17 a.m.

July 25 - A man reported that a thief entered his apartment by unknown means and stole his watch and computer. The incident occurred in the 900 block of S. Washington St. at 12:30 a.m. The case is pending.

July 24 - A shoplifting offense was reported in the 600 block of King St. at 4:04 p.m. The case is open.
