ALEXANDRIA, VA. - Two women who allegedly lured a Virginia landlord into a sexual encounter and then tried to blackmail him are facing extortion charges, the Associated Press reports.
According to Fairfax County Police, the women — 23-year-old Jessica Testin and 26-year-old Rachel Beloff — told their landlord in the Alexandria section of the county that they couldn't pay the rent. They instead offered to perform sex acts.
The landlord agreed and went to their apartment, where he was instructed to take off his clothes. After one of the women did a strip tease, the other woman ran into the room and grabbed the landlord's clothes.
The women threatened to give photos of the encounter to the landlord's wife unless he gave them $11,000. But the landlord called police.
