Now, more than ever, our community needs your help! Nonprofits are seeing an increase in the number of clients seeking services and with the winter months upon us, more individuals will be turning to homeless shelters for help. Join Give Back Alexandria on Wednesday, November 19, 6:30-9pm for Fall into Giving, a goods and gifts drive to benefit two organizations that provide much needed services to children and families in Alexandria. Price of admission is non-perishable food items, books, toiletries, and gift cards – see attached wish list for more details.* In addition to wine and cheese, there will be a sampling of mini pizzas from Pizzeria Venti. Pizzeria Venti will also offer specials at their restaurant (333 John Carlyle Street) following the event. Local designers Molly Miller by Appointment and Queen Bee Designs will be selling their goods and donating a percentage of the sales. RSVP to brandi@givebackalexandria.org.
