Calling all lovers of the grape! On Wednesday, March 10, 2010, Club BV* will be sipping at a tasting to BLOW YOU AWAY. Join members of the French Wine Society and Club BV* for French vs. New World at the Historic Occidental Grill. The pairing is an eclectic mix of French varietals and their new world comparisons. Try Sancerre vs. Sauvignon Blanc or perhaps a Red Burgundy vs. Pinot Noir, and of course, Bordeaux vs. Cabernet Sauvignon. Sample a total of twelve wines + hors d’oeuvre.

As a special treat, the Occidental has prepared a wonderful prix-fixe dinner menu should attendees chose to relax and dine on some of the best fare in the DC area.
