Uber chefs and uber critics turned out Thursday at the Four Seasons Hotel in Georgetown to celebrate Michael Mina and the opening of his DC outpost, Bourbon Steak. Michel Richard of Citronelle, just a next door neighbor, breezed over to our table to hug famed Washington Post former food critic, Phyllis Richman. “Hi everyone. I’m the fabulous Michel Richard!” he announced to us by way of introduction.
