Ju-Ju

Ju-Ju is a ridiculously adorable 10 month old Australian Shepherd mix who was found running about the 100 block of Wilmington Place SE. Ju-Ju is a very friendly, curious little guy who adores belly rubs and cuddling (when he's in the mood!). Confident and independent, he gets along well with other pups (though a little extra socialization couldn't hurt) and would be the ideal fetching companion. Ju-Ju is nearly full grown at 45 lbs.

Ju-Ju is available at The Washington Humane Society which is the only Congressionally-chartered an imal welfare agency in the U.S. and has been the leading voice for animals in the D.C. since 1870. As the only open-access shelter in the nation’s capital, no call for help goes unanswered, and no animal is ever turned away. The Washington Humane Society provides comfort and care to more than 15,000 animals each year through its broad range of programs and services including: Adoptions, Humane Law Enforcement, Sheltering, Foster Care, Spay/Neuter, CatNipp, Behavior and Learning Center, PACK, Legislative Affairs, Humane Education, Safe Haven, Human-Animal Rehabilitation and Microchipping. To learn more about these programs, visit http://www.washhumane.org/programs.asp

If Ju-Ju is adopted by someone after reading this article, I would like to offer them a pet goody bag from Barkley Square Bakery and a $50 gift certificate to Karing by Kristina Complete Pet Care Professionals for their next pet sitting service.

Please send me an e-mail at Michelle@karingbykristina.com with your adoption story.
