ALEXANDRIA, VA. - The Alexandria Democratic Committee will be hosting its annual Jefferson-Jackson Dinner at the Hilton Mark Center Hotel on Thursday, June 24.
The keynote speaker and honored guest will be Governor Joe Manchin of West Virginia.
Gov. Manchin serves as the vice chair of the National Governors Association.
Gov. Manchin’s credentials include being the past president of the Council of State Governments, and a past chairman of the Democratic Governors Association and the Southern Governors’ Association.
In addition to Manchin, Congressman Jim Moran (D-8) will be in attendance as a special guest.
The event will began at 6:00 PM with a reception; dinner will be served at 7:00 PM.
