ALEXANDRIA, VA. - If it’s nearing springtime, then it’s time for charity balls, galas and soirees.

Call them what you will, but this is the time to dust off the tux, find those high heels and hope that the snow melts soon.

The 2010 Winter Soiree will again be held at the beautiful Belle Haven Country Club in Alexandria, VA.
