ALEXANDRIA, VA. - A massive water main break near the Masonic Memorial in Alexandria, Virginia caused quite a mess Thursday morning.
The break took place sometime before 5 a.m. and wasn't shut off for at least two and a half hours.
Officials report, the break was six inches in diameter.
Park Road was shut down between Hillside and Carlisle while crews from Virginia American Water worked to fix the break.
