ALEXANDRIA, VA. - Dominion Energy has restored power to all customers affected by the windstorm on Friday and Saturday, according to a report.

ABC 7 reporter Richard Reeve tweeted Wednesday morning that the utility reports "all storm related outages have been repaired."

A total of 670,000 Dominion customers were without power at the outage's peak. Wind gusts topping 70 miles per hour in some areas toppled trees onto power lines throughout the D.C. area.

The work to clean up all the debris will take much longer than a few days, however.

In Reston, the Reston Association reports that crews will take at least a month to fully clean up downed trees and limbs throughout the area.
