ALEXANDRIA, VA. – For Alexandrians interested in getting involved and learning more about efforts to make the city more bikeable and walkable, the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee meets every third Monday of the month at the Durant Center.

This month, on Aug. 20, attendees will discuss bike lanes they hope to see on Slaters Lane, their latest outreach events and other things. These meetings are open to the public.
