Looking for a quick evening of shopping with the girls and without the fuss?

It’s not too late to hit Shecky’s Girls Night Out at Constitution Hall in DC on Thursday.  Stop by the Dove Go Fresh lounge, sample cocktails from sponsors Bacardi and T.G.I. Friday’s, and grab your swag goody bag. This event is not a powerhouse, but you can pick up a few well priced buys in trends and try them out without a huge risk.

Celebrated Alexandria designer Allison Brooks of Queen Bee Designs shows her fall line on jewelry row along with other designers featuring beaded pieces, fashion gold, and gobs of funky earrings.

A NYC designer with European roots standouts as some new and different at this event, Kristel Delevante of Volang, brings to market an interesting cross between an ear wrap, headband, and hat for a bohemian, cooler weather look. Great for grabbing a coffee or walking the dog without the full hat head effect, I picked up the Maria style with flower in winter white and charcoal gray with metallic accents.   

Also worth checking out are simple cowl neck tunics in grey by MOD of Los Angeles.
